Barbiecrew was formed in January 2009, when three guys from Brazil noticed a demand in the market place for top quality Brazilian cuts of meat not readily available at most Australian butcher shops and supermarkets.

Sydney has an ever growing Brazilian population, many of whom are very passionate about traditional Brazilian bbq and want to take that experience to their own backyards.

This traditional style of Brazilian cooking is becoming more and more popular with Australians also, with a number of Brazilian style restaurants opening throughout Sydney.

The "barbiecrew" have made this possible by joining up with one of Sydney's leading meat wholesalers. Together they have sourced a small range of Brazilian cuts of meat which they believe are of the highest quality and mixed in a selection of local Australian cuts to offer the public a unique and enjoyable bbq experience.
